Headteacher – Mrs A Gray World Book Day - Thursday 5th March As part of our celebrations we will be having some fantastic reading events in school during the following week. AUTHOR VISIT On Monday 9th March we will have a visit from Damian Harvey, author of many children's books. During the day he will work with each class in writing sessions. At the end of the day he will be signing copies of some of his books in the infant hall. Parents and children can come along to purchase a signed book of their choice. Most books are around £5.

Rabbits Class Assembly Rabbits Class enjoyed their 1960's topic 'Peace, Love & Music' so much, they decided to bring it to life in a spectacular class performance. There were tears of joy from parents and staff as they were entertained and surprised by the effort and hard work from the children. Miss Berry and Mrs Webb were extremely proud. Thank you to Mr Tedford for joining them to play 'Yellow Submarine' on his guitar.

BOOK FAIR Our annual book fair will arrive in school on Tuesday 10th March. A wide selection of books will be on sale from Tuesday (10th) until the following Monday (16th). The book sale will take place in the infant hall every day after school from 3.10-3.45. We will be offering book tokens to anyone who purchases a book. Further information will be sent out nearer the time.

Also, may we remind parents that cars should not enter the school grounds at any time during the school day.
