Thank you to everyone for your Generous donations of tins and packets! We all enjoyed a wonderful time of fellowship together at our Harvest Celebration service last Thursday. It was great to see all the different items brought forward by the children for the Harvest display and to recognise how hard the classes had worked during our whole school Harvest Week theme. The front of church looked amazing! Thanks also to Rev. Dawn Harrison and the Worship Group for leading the service and to the many families and governors who came along to support us.

Heart Surgeons

On Monday 20th October Y6 took part in a science lesson where we were dissecting lambs hearts. We have been learning about hearts and the important job they do in the body. In the lesson we used tools to help us investigate the parts of the heart and how blood travels through it. We had to follow instructions and the one that no one wanted to do was to cut it open to find the ventricles! A big thank you to Mrs Maley and Miss Ostle for organising and helping us do the lesson.
