8th December 2014 Dear Parents CHRISTMAS PRODUCTION ARRANGEMENTS – UPPER SCHOOL The upper school children will need to be back in school by 5.50pm to prepare for their evening performance. Please take them directly to their classroom using the side doors along the lower corridor NOT the main reception. Please collect your child at 7.30pm directly from the classroom, using the main reception door, or go directly to the classroom at the end of the performance. To cover fire regulations please remember to write your name on your ticket and bring it with you! No entry without your ticket! Entry to this performance will be via the canteen door. For the 47 families with children in the upper and lower school that may be unable to make childcare arrangements between performances, we are able look after your upper school child before their performance only if you are watching the lower school performance on the same night. If this affects you please complete the slip below and return it to the school office.
