Our response  In response to previous feedback, homework is an area that we are focusing on particularly this year.

The school homework timetable is published on the website. We have also subscribed to Show My Homework from the beginning of November. This will enable all parents and students to access an online record of all homework set. More information will be sent out during the first week back after half term.  Thank you for your suggestions re improving communication: we are keen to ensure that there are good communicative links between school and parents. The school newsletter is emailed weekly to all parents for whom we have an email address and is also published on the website. We will endeavour to be consistent with sending text messages. We will look into creating a generic email address for parents to contact the school.  We accept all students as individuals and encourage all students to celebrate their differences.  Boys attend dance as part of our curriculum offer and in the interests of equality of access for all students. Extra-curricular dance activities are well attended by both boys and girls.  We offer full catered provision at breakfast club (8.00am - 8.30am) and break time (10.40am – 10.55am) for all students.  We are not aware of any specific transport issues. Please contact school if you are concerned and we will signpost you to the appropriate contact.  We are always keen to encourage parents to join our PTA. The PTA meets every term; please contact Mrs Craine in school if you are interested in joining this group and she will pass your details to the PTA who will be delighted to make contact with you.
