Half-Term We break up today for half-term and return to school on Monday 3rd November. Please remember to turn your clocks back by one hour tomorrow on Saturday 25th October when you go to bed.
Friends of Moor Hey Christmas Bingo and Raffle We are now selling Raffle Tickets for this event. Tickets are 20p a ticket or £1 a strip. The first prize is a fabulous Acer Iconia A1 Tablet,

Congratulations to Mr. Gledhill Mr. Gledhill was successfully interviewed this week for a Headship position at a Secondary Pupil Referral Unit. He will be starting this post in January 2015. If any parents or pupils would like contribute to a leaving gift, please see the staff in the main office!
Year 11 Educational visit to Hanson Cement Our Year 11 pupils visited Hanson Cement this week as part of the Science curriculum. They visited the factory and quarry. An interesting and informative day was had by all!
