Next Wednesday the whole school is going to take part in “sign2sing”. For the fourth year running children and adults across the country are aiming to become Guinness World Record Breakers by singing and signing the same song, at the same time across multiple locations. This year’s song is called Get up and Sign. If you have Internet access please help your children to learn the song by going onto this website and following the links. http://www.sign2sing.org.uk/

Football League Bishop Martin football team produced another night of inspiring team work and commitment in what was their final league fixtures of the season. The team showed great resilience in every game, drawing 0-0 against St Teresa's and 1-1 against St Edmunds. There was late heartbreak when Hillside snatched a 2-1 victory in the dying moments of the final game, placing Bishop Martin 6th in the league. The team were, as always, respectful and dignified in defeat and yet again showed the spirit and dedication which Bishop Martin children are known for. A superb effort from every player and a huge well done from Bishop Martin Primary School. Team: Josh S, Joel B, Ricky L, Saul S, Callum Mc, Adam D, Neve B and Koby T.

Year 6 Chocolate Hamper Fundraiser Year 6 will be selling raffle tickets in the Junior and Infant Halls at the beginning of each break. Raffle tickets cost 20p each and the winner will be drawn on Friday 14th February. Good luck!
