• Develop a common language to discuss teaching and learning • Raise performance in the classroom, by encouraging creativity and developing more innovative practice • Encourage the teacher to become a more reflective practitioner

Phase Two: Gateway to Consistently Good Audience:
Gateway to Consistently Good is for those teachers who want a toolkit of imaginative and innovative teaching techniques to enhance their practice.
Aims:
• To develop new and exciting teaching techniques • To explore pedagogical approaches and embed differentiation in the classroom • To design lessons that are learner-centred and demonstrate their progress

Phase Three: Teaching for the Future Audience:
Teaching for the Future is for those teachers who consistently achieve close to outstanding lessons.

• To reflect on personal practice and develop existing techniques • To exchange ideas, teaching experience and sharing good practice • To become a trained coach and to cascade skills to your collegues effectively.
