Our strengths  Good Academic results  Staff; Majority of staff enthusiastic, tutor staff helpful, excellent teachers – valuable, very supportive and always helpful. Staff enthusiasm  Mrs Allan is great at communicating any problems  Commitment to students: giving students encouragement to gain higher grades; supporting students  Behaviour management as well as the recognition and rewarding of good behaviour  Good communication between school and parents  Positive comments  Wide range of opportunities  Children come first  Understanding Suggested improvements  Send text alerts to parents regarding progress/behaviour.  Improved communication through the general use of emails e.g. information on how to support the child’s development, progress and ideas/ homework sheets etc.  More communication about exam structure/exam dates and study groups to enable parents to fully support students.  Provide more information on grades and what they mean.
