Homemade Items for sale
On Friday 8 March the staff held a fundraising evening which included bingo, live music, a raffle and a quiz. It was a brilliant night the staff from Foundation Stage even sung some songs with Mr Tedford. Thank you for your support they raised £250.00. Blankets from £3, Cardigans £3 and Hats for £2. Just call in to the foundation Stage Unit (Nursery) at home time and take a look.
Red Nose Day
Changes to School Milk
As from 1st April 2013 LCC will no longer subsidise school milk. The children had a great day doing There are no legal requirements for something funny for money on Comic school to provide milk to children over Relief Day. All children decorated their 5 years. So as from 1st April we will no own Red Nose Day cake and enjoyed it longer provide milk for children in Year 1 and Year 2. We will still provide with their special 'Red' themed lunch. The face painting and bake sale were a fresh fruit and water for all children, free of charge. Children in Year 1 and huge success. We raised an amazing 2 will have the opportunity to order £191.36. Well Done Everyone!! toast for their mid-morning break at a cost of 20p per slice.
BIG PRIZE RAFFLE They are selling raffle tickets at £1 per strip in the unit with plenty of chances to win. The draw will take place on Thursday 18th April. Pop along at home times to get your tickets and see all the fantastic prizes on offer. Children’s Easter Raffle
Tickets on sale NOW. Children can get their Easter Raffle tickets from the office only 20p each for a chance to win: 1st Prize - Camelot tickets (these can be used at Gulliver’s World) and a box of Crème Eggs 2nd Prize - Chocolate Easter Chick 3rd Prize – Chocolate Easter Bunny 4th Prize – A box of Crème Eggs. Sumdog It has come to our attention that some children have used the logins and passwords of other pupils to sign in and spend coins that don’t belong to them. If this happens then the pupils responsible will be removed from Sumdog. Can we please be vigilant at home and ensure that children are only logging in as themselves.
