The“NextEducationWorkforce”modelprovidesstudentswith accesstopersonalizedlearningreceivinginstructionfrom multipleeducatorswithinthesameclassroomenvironment Foreducators,themodelhelpsbuilddeeperprofessional capacity,careerprogression,andcommunitybuilding throughsharedschedules,spaces,andresponsibilities This modelisdesignedtobeadaptivetotheuniquelandscapeof eachschool,andisresponsivetotheneedsandvisionofeach districttoultimatelycreateamoresupportiveand collaborativeenvironmentforbothstudentandteacher.
