It is with great enthusiasm that we announce the launch of Building the Faith, Building our Future Capital Campaign. This is a proud moment when we, as a community, recognize the solid foundation upon which this school was founded and look forward to a future filled with hope and promise. Since its foundation in 2000, the “dedicated administration, faculty, and staff, in partnership with parents and pastors, [have] provide[d] opportunities for students to grow within our school, to contribute to the greater community, and to strive to become faith-filled future leaders” (SOTI Mission Statement). The school continues to flourish, and now it is our time to build upon our legacy and expand our campus facilities for the first time in over 20 years!
Funds raised through our Building the Faith, Building our Future campaign will expand our current building to include a new cafeteria and renovate our gym and stage in Marian Hall. This project will literally change the experience of each student and staff member every day!
We are seeking to raise $2 1 million in this campaign, with a stretch goal of $3 million and a vision goal of $4.5 million. We are working with TCA Architects to design nearly 6,000 square feet of new construction along with interior renovations and refurbishments.
We ask for your prayerful consideration of our campaign Our goal is to personally invite every member of the School of the Incarnation community to participate through the gift of prayer, the gift of service, and the gift of financial support. Enclosed in this packet are campaign details, including architectural renderings, and memorial or honorary naming opportunities. Your participation in our campaign will allow School of the Incarnation to continue to share the mission of this school and community not only with this generation, but also for generations to come
In Christ,
Paul Zambernardi, School Board President Nancy Baker, Principal
$2.1 MILLION CAMPAIGN GOAL
$3 MILLION STRETCH GOAL
$4.5 MILLION VISION GOAL
Nestled in Gambrills, the School of the Incarnation is a light to our families, parishes and the greater community We are blessed to have this opportunity to expand upon our beautiful campus and facilities. The expansion will support and sustain our mission of Catholic education serving our five parishes: Holy Family, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, St. Joseph, Our Lady of the Fields, and Our Lady of Perpetual Help, as well as our neighbors in Anne Arundel County.
Cafeteria Addition
Approximately 5,000 sq ft new cafeteria space

Outdoor dining and gathering space
New primary playground and landscaping
Marian Hall Refurbishment / Dedicated Gymnasium
New basketball and volleyball courts
New Scoreboard
Spectator seating
Fitness center
Refurbished stage
New sound and lighting systems
Accoustical paneling throughout Marian Hall
Construction of a new dedicated cafeteria space off of the southeast corner of Marian Hall will provide a beautiful space for students to gather for lunch. This space will include the construction of a new, full-service kitchen, a large vestibule, an additional restroom facility, an outdoor gathering and dining space on the east side of the building, and a new primary playground and landscaping. In addition to providing a dedicated cafeteria, this new space will alleviate the demands on Marian Hall and provide a flexible space suitable for smaller student performances, parent meetings, community events, and after school programs. The design of this space reflects the current architecture of the school building and emulates the feeling of our center school rotunda
Marian Hall is truly the heart of the school building Each and every day within these walls of our school community of over 800 individuals, as well as many parents, gather to start their day in prayer and in community. In addition a dedicated cafeteria area, this project will undertake a complete renovation and refurbishment of the gym and stage in Marian Hall to support and enhance our athletic, fine arts and enrichment programs This will include the replacement of the gym floor and scoreboard, spectator seating, improvement to the proscenium, lights, and sound of the stage, installation of acoustical paneling and the addition of a small fitness center.
The Building our Faith Building our Future campaign has a campaign goal of $2.1 million, a stretch goal of $3 million, and a vision goal of $4.5 million. The project is planned in phases, beginning with the addition of a new cafeteria, and then moving through the remaining scope of work. Reaching our vision goal will allow us to complete every aspect of the project in one phase, as a single project
With so many ministries to support, the Archdiocese will not financially participate in the SOTI capital campaign; however, they will continue to serve as a valuable resource in regard to our Site Master Plan, construction, and approvals Donations made to the campaign will be made directly to School of the Incarnation, which is a separately incorporated LLC.
SOTI has approval to move forward with the project and the campaign It is very important for us that we approach this historic opportunity in a personal way, therefore we will be dividing our campaign into different phases In May 2024, we will launch the pacesetter phase of the campaign. Once we have reached 70 percent of our goal, we will move into the public phase. Our hope is to break ground in the spring of 2025!
School of the Incarnation was founded with a vision to be a beacon of the Catholic Faith and to serve the growing population in this area of Anne Arundel County. It was built on a strong foundation rooted in Christ, and this school continues to flourish today. Enrollment is strong and steady, the programmatic course offerings have continued to develop and grow, and the school continues to foster a culture of success for its students. NOW IS OUR TIME to build upon that legacy, not only for this generation, but for generations to come.

If you pledge over a period of five years, does that enable you to increase your gift? (see five-year pledge payment plan)

Would you benefit from making payments monthly, or quarterly with automatic charges to your credit card?
Every gift is important to this campaign, What makes this campaign different is that we are not solely relying upon the support of a few high-capacity donors Building our Faith, Building our Future seeks the support of all who believe in the mission of School of the Incarnation.
