Hello and welcome to the first issue of 2021! While Covid-19 continues to challenge us, I have been bolstered by the amount of positive feedback about the US housing sector that’s coming through. Historically low interest rates have been causing buyers to look at their home and ask if they can do better, in location, size or style. While the rates could increase over the next 12 months, predictions seem to be indicating the trend will continue.
