Survey of Public Officials Introduction for Respondents Good morning/afternoon. I am __________________ working with the Conflict Management and Development Associates (CMDA). We are conducting a survey under the Governance Reform Secretariat for the Sierra Leone Government. You have been selected and I would like to ask if you would work with us by answering a few questions. The purpose of this study is to identify the practices that have developed within the public institutions related to the distribution of public services.
