Dear Sandusky Central Catholic Family,
In our unwavering dedication to advancing the mission of Sandusky Central Catholic School, I am pleased to present a strategic plan that will take us on an exciting journey into the future The plan will ensure the enduring prosperity of Catholic education in our community
Crafted over five months, the plan was composed with the help of faculty, students, parents, alumni, board members, and benefactors
We analyzed areas for improvement and identified four strategic initiatives: 1) Student Experience, 2) Marketing and Enrollment, 3) Campus Facilities, 4) Funding our Future.
We are focused and committed to progress Internally, we will assign specific goals, timelines, and responsibilities that will hold us accountable for the plans we have in place
The dedication of our board, coupled with the invaluable contributions of time and talent from our SCCS community, is the bedrock from which we build our future Thank you to all who contributed to the development of the plan
