Scaling Peaks with Innovation and Technology The “Fast Pass” ICT Gallery @ SME Expo allowed SMEs to find readyto-use, pre-qualified infocomm solution packages that businesses could start incorporating into their operations quickly and easily. Twelve government agencies were invited to provide onestop consultation services for SMEs interested in the various assistance schemes. The conference also provided free one-to-one consultations with a panel of domain experts and business solution providers at the Partners’ Clinic.

3D printers have been revolutionising businesses around the world, providing speed and saving costs in prototype productions. As such, the Conference specially brought in a “live” 3D printing demonstration to give the participants a first-hand experience. A total of 88 ICT and business solution providers participated in the SME Expo, showcasing over 200 SME business solutions and bundled packages, allowing conference delegates to search for suitable solutions, such as business operation improvement, increasing productivity level, innovative workflow, effective cost cutting, increasing revenue, industrial properties and so forth. Participants were encouraged to download the conference official mobile app to plan their sessions, get the latest event programme, speakers’ profiles, exhibition information and collect special deals.

The CEO Productivity Masterclass in Mandarin which debuted at the SMEs Conference was conducted by Dr Chang Bao-Cheng, General Manager of the China Productivity Center. He shared with the delegates on innovative management mindset and creating enterprise excellence. Contents covered include mindset of future leaders, sustainability of enterprise excellence, and five new pillars–productivity, resourcefulness, lean management, innovation, success.
