Established in 1906, the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) is an internationally renowned business organisation and the apex body of the Chinese business community in Singapore. It is the founder of the biennial World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention and the World Chinese Business Network (www.wcbn.com.sg), a global online business information portal. The Singapore International Personnel Exchange Center (hereinafter referred to as the “”Center””) was established in 2008. It is an institution specializing in transnational training and exchange and has obtained the overseas training qualification certification from the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of China, with the channel number 291901.
The Center is affiliated with the Zhong Ying Education Group, headquartered in Hong Kong, under the name of the Hong Kong Institute of Financial Management. In addition to the Hong Kong headquarters, we have branches in Japan and Taiwan, and have established a training base and office in Shanghai.
