The project also includes decorative flooring, light gauge metal framing, new kitchen equipment, fire protection, rooftop HVAC equipment and ducts, new electrical panels and devices, fire alarms and security.

Kahn Construction, Charleston This project includes new construction and site work for a 13,000 square-foot center on 2 acres. The building will be the first free-standing endoscopy center owned and operated by independent, board-certified gastroenterologists in Berkeley County. The interior features locally-sourced and reclaimed materials such as barnwood with stainless steel and other medical grade finishes throughout. The exterior features exposed beams and barn-door-look finishes.
