Mmmbeth is a comedic parody of Macbeth, written by Allison Williams and performed by Year 10 Drama students. It exaggerates the original plot with humor, offering a fun, modern twist on Shakespeare’s classic. Suitable for ages 10+.

Opening on Wednesday, 15th October, from 5:30pm in the SCBC Hall, this showcase celebrates the creativity of our Year 7-12 students, featuring over 300 works across multiple mediums. For our Year 12 students, this event marks a special farewell—one last chance to share their artistic journey. Join us as we celebrate their talent and the vibrant artistic community at SCBC!

Primary Musique Festival

Musique is open to all primary students receiving music tuition (either through the College’s Music Tuition Program or from outside the College) giving them the opportunity to perform in a non-competitive environment. Family and friends are invited to this free event to listen and encourage our young musicians as they perform one or two pieces from their current repertoire.

With colourful characters, a side-splitting script, showstopping songs and a sprinkle of sparkle from the genius genie, this musical is everything you could wish for. So slip on your sandals for some sandy silliness as we take a thrilling carpet ride with Ali Baba and his crazy camel on an amazing Arabian adventure!

The SCBC Vocal Academy offers professional vocal training and performance opportunities, empowering students to harness their talents confidently and make meaningful contributions to our community. Aligned with our College values, the Vocal Academy helps students reach their musical potential while fostering a heart for service.
• Weekly one-on-one vocal tuition with professional tutors
• Practical and theory lessons taught by expert musicians and educators
• Opportunities to connect with tertiary music institutions

• Collaborative rehearsals focused on harmony development

Applications Vocal Academy
Entry to the SCBC Vocal Academy is determined by an audition, aural test, and interview. For the audition, students must prepare two contrasting contemporary vocal pieces.
Music Tuition
SCBC offers one-on-one music lessons for students eager to learn piano, guitar, bass guitar, or drum set. These lessons are integrated into the school day, making it easy for students to develop their musical skills without impacting other commitments.
