No matter your needs—be it a general inquiry, guidance on a topic, personal tutoring sessions, or feedback on formative assessments—our dedicated tutors are here to support you every step of the way.

Requesting Tutor Support

You can request tutor support through the Support Desk Portal. Click "Add a Request" in the portal, select a relevant category, and submit your request. You can also email support@sbusinesslondon.ac.uk for additional tutor support.

Scheduling Personal Tutor Meetings

You can schedule personal meetings with a tutor at a time that works best for you. Our online personal tutor meetings are designed to enhance your studies and provide the guidance, support, and encouragement you need.

You can schedule a tutoring session through the following methods:

1. Click the help desk icon at the right-hand corner below and then click 'Book a Tutor Meeting' from the side pop-up window.

2. Alternatively, to schedule a Tutor Meeting, use the Support Desk Portal. Click 'Add a Request' and select 'Book a Tutor Meeting' from the category, then submit your request.

3. You can also contact the support desk via email at support@sbusinesslondon.ac.uk to request a tutor meeting whenever you need one.
