Total Conversions June 2024

For June, Illume Med Spa received 65 NEW unique leads down from 127 new leads in May. This decrease was mainly due to the removal of the click-to-call extensions across all Google ads. New users were slightly down 7.8% m/m.

CPC Review June 2024

June generated 11 leads for the month, which was a decrease from May and driven by the removal of the click-to-call extensions across all ads CPL increased as a result to $239, up from $69 last month Form leads were mostly in line with last month, going from 10 to 9 (2 scrubbed), while phone calls saw the biggest decline, decreasing from 32 to 2.

Top Performing Keywords

Top performing keywords for last month included “med spa ” and “kansas city spa ” The vast majority of the call volume declines appeared to come from the brand keywords, which generated only 1 conversion last month.

Opportunities & Next Steps

Given the steep (but anticipated) decline in conversions and calls via the removal of the call extensions, we would like to review the quality of the leads for last month to determine if there was a meaningful improvement, or if it was negligible compared to the declines in call extensions

If we want to revisit adding the call extensions, we would implement a more regular quality feedback loop to identify any specific calls or keywords that are driving spikes in invalid traffic

Keyword Review

As mentioned in our last report, Google made an algorithm update as shown in the top graph (see arrow). Organic sessions in June were down 12% month over month

The post to the right had the highest reach and impressions for June. We will continue to push memberships via social!

In June, we had a decrease in Facebook followers I suggest posting less about products and more about actual spa services.
