Mission Statement To alleviate food insecurity in Christian County by providing food, resources and education to address the challenges of our neighbors in need.

Service Area Christian County, Missouri Serving 2,500 food insecure individuals a month.

Funding Least Of These, Inc., relies on monetary donations from individuals, businesses, churches, civic organizations and foundation grants within our community. With your donation, we are able to purchase $10 worth of food for every dollar that is donated. By stretching your dollar, monetary donations to the pantry go much further to support those in need.

Provide supplemental food to help our clients move from food insecurity to food stability.

Donate: In Christian County alone, 11.5% of the residents are food insecure. Monthly, over 900 Christian County families (2,500 individuals) visit Least Of These for food assistance. Monetary donations are best received because we are able to stretch your dollar donated into ten dollars’ worth of food. Financial donations also qualify you to receive Missouri Food Pantry Tax Credits. However, we do accept food donations on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00 AM to Noon at Least Of These.

Offer and encourage our clients to consume healthy food options such as, proteins, dairy items, fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as whole grains.

Equip our clients with the tools to navigate towards selfsufficiency and a brighter future.

How People and Businesses Can Help Volunteer Opportunities: Least Of These is always looking for great volunteers who want to serve their community. Volunteers are needed to help with food distributions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, as well as the third Thursday evening of the month. Other opportunities include, helping to receive food shipments weekly or special events.
