EXCELLENCE FACULTY AND STAFF All faculty returned and two retired Extensive professional development: CREATION Life: monthly mental, physical, spiritual health and wellness training and incentives Master Teacher training Ed tech trainings including Blackbaud (Learning Management System) FCIS comprehensive self study and 5 year accreditation successfully completed New Strategic Plan for 2021 2027 includes faculty and staff needs and recommendations New Partnership with i tech support for ed tech coaching and training for all teachers Math, Reading and Language Arts curriculum evaluations completed Entire campus gated and monitored by surveillance cameras Level 2 Clearance required for all parent volunteers All faculty and staff equipped with commercial grade walkie talkies in the event of a power failure or crisis situation All faculty and staff equipped with the VOLO app which provides immediate communication with local law enforcement Partnered with law enforcement to train all school personnel on how to respond to crisis situations Medical Advisory Team effectively guided decision making with regards to mitigating COVID 19 SAFETY
