Airport badge collection
Once you arrive, head straight to badge collection before even leaving the airport.After exiting theArrivals gate, turn right and follow the event signs to pick up your name badge. It’s quick and easy, and saves you time in the morning.

Venue badge collection
Please ensure that you have registered all of your staff, as registration will be busy.You can collect your badge at the venue:

Wednesday: 09:00 - 17:00
Tuesday: 08:00 - 17:00
Thursday: 09:00 - 16:00
Once you’ve received your email ticket confirmation, be sure to add it to yourApple or Google wallet.This will make your badge collection faster and your overall experience smoother.

Badge Types
There are different types of badges at our event to help you identify delegates:

Registration and Entrance Points
There will be 3 main zones where you will be able to enter the venue.
Zone 1: Registration 1 and 2 (West Entrance)
There will be two registration areas within this zone - one for delegates who have collected their badges, and another for those who haven’t, with signage on site to make this clear.
Zone 2: Entrance if you already have a badge (North Entrance)
Once you have collected your badge, either from the airport or following your first day at the summit, you can enter through the north entrance.
Zone 3: Registration 3 (East Entrance)
There is also a third registration point where you can collect your badges ideal for clients located in Hall 4 orAffiliate Leaders Summit.
Wristbands & Food Purchases
All staff registered with an Sponsor Pass as well as your VIPguests will receive a wristband which will be collected alongside your badge. Each wristband is pre-loaded with €30 per day to use for food and refreshments at any of the food trucks around the venue. Enjoy a variety of delicious options while making the most of your SBC Summit 2025 experience!
Food festival
As you explore the floor plan and the event on the day, you will notice a number of Food Festival zones.There is a wide variety of options to choose from, including options which suit specific dietary or allergy needs.You will be able to use the wristband to pay for food and drinks, and the vendors will also accept card payments.
Wi-Fi
All attendees will have access to the complimentary show Wi-Fi. Details will be on your badge and around the venue on floorplan signs. The network name will be:

SBC ConnectApp
Make sure all colleagues download and log in to the official event networking app. SBC Connect contains the delegate list, the ability to schedule meetings, explore the agenda, and stay up to date with the event activity schedule – all in one place.

Shuttle buses
SBC will be running 4 complimentary round trip shuttle bus routes during the three days of the event.
The pick-up points are located within close proximity to a number of nearby hotels and are listed below:

Drop-off & return departure location
SBC Summit - between Registration 1 (East Entrance) & Registration 3 (North Entrance) Parque das Nações, opposite the Ibis Hotel.
Access & Eligibility
Travel on these shuttle buses will be available to all SBC Summit attendees with proof of ticket, ie. email or badge, if picked up already.
There will be 1x pick-up location per route, except Route 4 which has 4.

Legends Charity Game
Monday 15th September
The Legends Charity Game is a highly anticipated match between Portugal Legends vs World Legends, featuring some of the biggest names in the history of football.The Legends will compete in front of 50,000 Spectators, and in front of millions of people that will watch the game online and onTV. Every goal scored, every cheer from the stands, and every donation raised will help transform lives across Ukraine, Portugal and around the world.
