No-one wants to do that. “I think both of those would be antipatents, and it’s finding the place in the middle, the sweet spot for where jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction changes should be architected.” Chiusolo agreed with his fellow CTO regarding the ‘headache’ that is regulation and discussed the challenges associated with tackling different jurisdictions, explaining that there is no ‘silver bullet’ or single answer to overcoming this conundrum. He commented: “The biggest headache is probably a regulatory challenge rather than the technology challenges. Every jurisdiction is different, probably you can try to categorise and you will find out that there are probably three or four different models. “You can go from the most difficult
