These services are typically modest economies of scale and referred as expensive services. So, private cloud is not a good choice for small and medium sized businesses. The purpose of this cloud is not to send the services to customers but to gain the advantages of its architecture.

Hybrid Clouds: Hybrid cloud emerges by merging the both public and private clouds. Businesses can keep control in the private cloud by internal managing system and on the other side, at the same time relying on the public cloud as per the needs.
