Block Management Our Block Management department opened in 2012 due to demand from vendors and landlords who were looking for a higher standard of service than they could find elsewhere.

We listened to their concerns and realised that many resulted from their previous experiences of poor communication and lack of transparency.

So from day one we set out to provide a service to our clients and leaseholders that offered a new standard in block management.

Refurbishment Services / Project Management When it comes to preparing houses for marketing this is one thing that our in-house maintenance team has helped many of our clients with as there always seem to be a few jobs that need doing before a house goes on the market, those little things that we all struggle to find time to get around to doing.
