Our survey revealed that only 3% of people think that they spend enough time in nature, despite the fact that over 99% of respondents say that it makes them feel happier. It's clear we could all do with getting out a bit more.
Hugging a tree is a simple solution to that. Studies have shown that doing so can make you happier, healthier and more creative so we enlisted the help of Dr Miles Richardson, an expert on the psychological effects of the outdoors and collected our findings and results into The Nature Report: Benefits of the Great Outdoors. It's well worth a read, if for nothing else than to find out what percentage of people think Donald Trump needs a tree hug.
