You’ll also work up an appetite for foraged foods which will be satisfied with a tasty two course vegetarian supper served at the Barstobrick Visitor Centre at 8pm. Before dinner you can quench your thirst with a chilled glass of Mark’s homemade non-alcoholic Elderflower Fizz. The main course of Mile High Wild Pie is made to Mark’s own secret recipe and is bursting with locally picked wild mushrooms and sea spinach. And for dessert there’s a deliciously refreshing rhubarb fool. Places on this exclusive event are strictly limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
