We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the residents, volunteers, and committees who helped make the Spooky Sprint 5K Race and Fall Festival such an incredible success! Your participation, energy, and patience brought this event to life, and we couldn’t have done it without you. Everyone who attended had a fantastic time, enjoying the festive atmosphere, good food, and fun fall activities.
Additionally, please note that the Fitness Center bathrooms are currently closed for refurbishment. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to enhance our facilities and create an even better experience for everyone.

Dear Residents,
If you are planning to submit proposed changes to your home or property, we’re here to assist you every step of the way. Below are the steps to help you submit an Architectural Approval form:
Email savannca@ciramail.com to receive a form, or save from here.
Complete the Architectural Approval Form: Fill out the attached form describing your proposed changes, including details such as location, colors, materials, and contractor information.
Submit Your Form:
You can submit the completed form by: Emailing it to savannca@ciramail.com, or Dropping it off at the clubhouse office.
For questions or further assistance, contact our Resident Service Group tollfree at 1-855-9-GrandM (1-855-947-2636). Resident Service office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time.
Submitting your Architectural Approval request through the portal ensures efficient processing and review by the Architectural Review Committee. They will provide a decision within 30 days, communicated through the management office.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining our community’s aesthetic and architectural standards. Please follow these steps to ensure your proposed changes are reviewed promptly.
