Hello, Savannah residents! We hope you had an excellent August and are getting ready for fall! September marks the beginning of the fall season, and this is the last weekend the HOA Office will be open on Saturdays.

The unofficial "end of summer" is almost here. Labor Day weekend kicks off today. The Savannah office will be closed for Labor Day on Monday, September 2nd.
Update on Azalea Pond: The pond currently has a leak. However, due to current water restrictions, we are currently unable to fill the pond to conduct a leak detection test. We will start working on this project once the restrictions are lifted.

We are pleased to introduce Diego Correa as the Facilities Manager for our community
Diego has over five years of experience as an Engineering Maintenance Manager in the United Kingdom, managing all aspects of facility operations, including overseeing machinery, production lines, and building maintenance, to support the company’s significant growth Additionally, he previously owned a digital media business in Brazil, focusing on technical installations and business strategy, and worked as a Computer Technician, providing essential IT support services
As your Facilities Manager, my role is to oversee the upkeep and repair of our equipment and facilities, ensuring everything operates smoothly
From coordinating with contractors to leading our dedicated maintenance team, my mission is to keep our infrastructure in top shape I’m thrilled to bring a hands-on approach to this role, with a focus on enhancing our local infrastructure. My goal is to contribute to a safer, more efficient environment so that everyone can fully enjoy this beautiful community we call home

If you are planning to submit proposed changes to your home or property, we’re here to assist you every step of the way. Below are the steps to help you submit an Architectural Approval form:
Access your Resident Portal at www.ciranet.com/residentportal
Download the Architectural Approval Form directly by going to Documents and then Forms.
Complete the Architectural Approval Form: Fill out the attached form describing your proposed changes, including details such as location, colors, materials, and contractor information
SubmitYourForm:
You can submit the completed form by: Emailing it to savannca@ciramail.com, or Dropping it off at the clubhouse office.
For questions or further assistance, contact our Resident Service Group toll-free at 1-855-9GrandM (1-855-947-2636). Resident Service office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time.
