Thegoalofthisprojectistobuildaniconiclandmarkattheintersectionof WellingtonStandQueensRoadCentral,intheheartofHongKongIsland’s centraldistrict.Theaimistodesignabuildingthatnotonlystandsasan architecturalmarvel,butalsosymbolizesprogressandmodernitytotheentire city.Thecurrentbuildingontheprojectsitehasbecomeoutdatedand inefficientintermsofspaceutilization.Theclientunderstandsthattheprime locationnecessitatesamoreambitiousapproachtomaximizethepotentialof thesite.Byexploringtheoptionofconstructinganotherbuildingvolume,the clientaimstoaddresstheunderutilizedarea,optimizingtheGFAavailableon thesite.
