The door opens.

I stand on the threshold

As I prepare to take a step

Into perfect darkness.

I must admit,

I'm terrified.

But this all began

With a step into the unknown

And it will end the same way.

Only this time

My hands will be empty.

And the door stands open

With me on the brink

Ofan absolute decision -

There is no turning back after this.
