CONCEPT
Focusing on an individual homes, I planned my dream home, according to my need and requirements and my interest.
Designing the plan and selected the materials according to the site references, climates.
A roof that leans used to keep snow from building up on the roof and to let sunshine into the chamber through a skylight window, which warms the inside.
PLAN DESCRIPTION
The main entrance of the house faces east, and the kitchen and living room have double-height ceilings and multipurpose furniture, such as a sofa set that can be made into beds. There is a fire heater for warmth in order to accommodate Canada’s cold environment. There is a sliding-door shoe rack that fits into the wall. A multipurpose room that reflects the owner’s passion for instruments can be used as a study or dining area or as a music place. There is a washing room next to the aquarium, which is located underneath the stairs. A bedroom and an office/study space are located on the mezzanine floor.
Film Institute is an educational establishment or group dedicated to the study, creation, and promotion of motion pictures and filmmaking. A variety of programs, courses, and workshops covering numerous aspects of film production are usually offered by these institutes, including directing, screenwriting, cinematography, editing, sound design, and film theory.
PROJECT JUSTIFICATION
Many believe that film institute as a theortical courses,but it actually needs a practical knowledge and this reason results in small spaces of studio, lack of outdoor spaces in the periphery of the project, absence of importance spaces that is needed in different film campus. To design the spaces to be flexible and adaptable to accommodate types of performances, rehearsals, and educational activities.

RESTAURANT, ADMIN AND ACADEMIC BLOCK
This block includes restaurant, admin area and academic. Front is restaurant area as a public spaces, admin and academic as semi-public spaces. From the references of the concept of film making process, the stage Development
Pre-production where development includes classroom and library spaces for the start of film making , scripting, learning, creating ideas. and pre-production includes admin spaces to check the script, finalise the character, equipments. Academic has 8 classroom including 16 students as minimum students, more possibility to learn more and has library.Since the building is faced South, shading devices is created.
STUDIO, TECHNICAL AND MOVIE THEATRE, GALLERY BLOCK
This block includes shooting area, editing area and thes theatre and gallery. After finalising the script, character and equipment, the next stage is Producion
Post production
Distribution in which production block includes Movie Shooting Studio, Sound Recording Studio, Photography Studio, Motion Capture Studio, Acting Class Post production, the stage before final stage and it needs to be edited to create and bring the script into film. The block includes Editing Classroom, 3D Modelling Classroom, Animation Classroom, Story Board Classroom. After editing, finalising the film, it is shown in the public in theatre.

DESIGN DESCRIPTION
The project includes various functional spaces, including the monastery itself, a guest house, parking facilities, and a chortein.
With the monastery serving as the central focus, it occupies a centralized position on the site, establishing a hierarchical importance over other structures. Positioned to the East is the guest house, featuring four rooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to eight individuals(monks). On the West side stands the chortein, one of the eight chorteins associated with different aspects of the life of Buddha, such as life, birth, death, etc. The construction of a specific chortein is planned, aligning its purpose with the overall function of the monastery.
I was involved in conceptual planning phase. I drafted 2D architectural and electrical drawings for the main monastery and architectural drawing of toilet. I changed 3D SketchUp model representing the main monastery and the existing building.

INVOLVEMENT:
I drafted 2D architectural and electrical drawings for the building. I created 3D SketchUp model of the building. There was a change of the structures drawings after the structure analysis.

PROGRAM FORMULATION
Designing a studio apartment of 543.89 sq. ft. for two adults including living room, kitchen, bedroom, laundry room and bathroom. Define all colors and materials to create a specific atmosphere. After, defining the concept and materials, the spaces refined with lighting details, and furniture arrangements. Lobby connects all the rooms.
CONCEPT
To create a dynamic environment that exemplifies the fresh personality, the spaces includes plants and painted with the cool colors which includes the idea of biophilic design. Within the small spaces, to make the space spacious, multifunctional furnitures are been designed.

INVOLVEMENT
It was the initial 3d rendering stage. The elevation was designed with the involvement of senior architect. The client gave a references images, with the idea, 3D render was finalised. The building are to be made from steel column and brick wall structures.

It was the initial 3d rendering stage of residence project. I was given a plan and had to make option on the elevation. Here are some of the architectural option elevation. I tried to play on the facade treatment using cladding and different colours, textures on the wall.
