Repair concrete by using Low viscous Epoxy injection resin Low viscous Epoxy injection resin is a solvent-free, 2-component super low viscosity-liquid, based on high strength epoxy resins. Specially for injecting into cavities and cracks in concrete. It is mainly used to fill and seal cavities and crack in structural concrete such as columns, beams, foundations, decks and water-retaining structures. Low viscous Epoxy injection resin is a 100% solid low viscosity epoxy adhesive used to restore cracked structural concrete by the pressure injection method and to grout cracks in a horizontal plane by gravity.

4 Epoxy is an ultra-low viscosity 4 low viscosity resins are excellent for the repair of cracks by gravity feeding. This 100% solids resin is insensitive to the presence of water, allowing application on damp or wet concrete surfaces. Two-component epoxy resin system planned specifically for gravity feeding or low-pressure infusion Applied with standard injection equipment, it will effectively grout and seal cracks in horizontal, vertical and overhead surfaces. This product can be used for crack repair in walls; it is thin enough to penetrate up to 2 in of sand on slab repairs from gravity alone. This epoxy should only be applied if the concrete is 40 Deg F or 10 Deg C or higher and allows for approx 4 days to cure. Very effective with low-pressure injection as slower setup time allows for extended injection time for complete penetration into cracks. 1001 Low viscous is a 100% solids, twocomponent, moisture insensitive epoxy designed to penetrate hairline cracks in concrete structures.

Application of epoxy resin The infusion pressure during the infusion relies upon the nature and state of the construction. Start the infusion by filling the most reduced break zones with epoxy resin first. If there should arise an occurrence of flat splits, complete the infusion from one side so as to stay away from air considerations. While infusing the last packer check the air vent for rising gum. An auxiliary infusion ought to be completed inside the gelling period of the material (up to approx. 30 min after finish of serviceable life). Please note when applying epoxy resins: the response speed is impacted by the temperature of the material and the basic component. Higher temperatures quicken the response speed and drop temperatures back it off.
