Elegantly engineered with winnowing system, high efficient fluted rollers for bean cracking, effective separation of nibs and husks with cyclone separators. Sasti Engineering was established in 2016 in Coimbatore, South India. The venture is backed by nearly four decades of experience. We launched our product line with Chocolate Melangers since we recognised that there was an acute need for the product. Apart from Chocolate Melangers, we have developed various design innovations in our products so that they can be used for Cocoa Grinding, Nut Butter Grinding, Almond Grinding, Tahini Grinding, etc.
