2 cups salted butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups light brown sugar, packed
4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
4 large eggs
DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat the oven to 375°.
6 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons sea salt
2 cups chocolate chips
2 cups white chocolate chips
2. Cream butter and sugars using a stand mixer then remove half the mixture and set aside.
3. Whisk eggs with the vanilla extract then add to mixer and beat until light.
4. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together.
5. Slowly add dry mixture to mixer allowing it to fully incorporate before adding more.
6. Add the other half of the butter and sugar mixture and mix until smooth.
7. Transfer to large bowl and fold in chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
8. Divide into desired size and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
9. Bake for 8-10 minutes until just starting to turn golden brown.
