Having known Rubert Soysa since he was an undergraduate at the University of Fine Arts, he is not just a contemporary artist who had excelled in his field but also one who has a thirst for developing new techniques and creative styles. The passion and the commitment demonstrated with the belief of ‘Art for Art’s sake’ is highly commendable and also could be considered a role model for the youngsters.
