A LITTLE ABOUT ME .....

I am an architect with a passion for innovation and a global perspective. My journey in the world of architecture has been a thrilling exploration of diverse cultures, design philosophies, and construction practices. With international experience spanning Tunisia, China, India, and the United Arab Emirates, I have had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects that have deepened my appreciation for the art and science of architecture.

My academic background includes a Master's degree in BIM Management, which has equipped me with the skills to harness the potential of Building Information Modeling in shaping the future of the industry. My approach to architecture is rooted in a commitment to sustainability, functionality, and aesthetic excellence.

Located within the Resort Core District; in the East Village region of the Qiddiya Development, this nproject plays a major role in facilitating luxurious liveable environments for the users. This project is a collective of Hotels, serviced apartments F&B and entertainment facilities. Nestled amidst the East Village circuit of the new addition to the world of Formula 1 Racing, this Resort development has access to all the key entertai ment regions of Qiddiya. Hospitality, including retail, dining and entertainment offers, hotel rooms and serviced apar ments, will be a key component of this project. Effortless accessibility, connectivity to the wider Qiddiya city framework and mobility around the Resort Core

The 4 stars hotel occupies a strategic location overlooking the iconic T13 point. The stepping in the Hotel and the Service Apartments tours allows an open look to the turn point and creates terraces where eventually people would be able to watch the race. The Speciality restaurant above the amphitheatre is a key feature of the hotel. ITs design stands out from the assets facade and masses design and it reflects the futuristic aspect that the projects aims to bring. The podium and the courtyard are landscaped to accomodate pedestrian access and to allow people to access and enjoy the facilities that the hotel provides.

The Plaza Hotal

Magna Village will be the future of the staff accomodation and an icon for GoA. The Development will be focus on Live, Work, Learn & Play, creating a unique and diverse lifestyle. It is an horizontal expression in the desert that blends with the surroundings but creates a contrast with its architecture. At the same time, the Town is divided in various communities, grouped in circles, inspired on Tabuk farmlands, giving a strong cultural memory. Those circles communities will be linked and connected through a series of landscaping that merge with the context in an harmony desert design, using local planting and features, in order to decrease the environmental impact and water consumption.

The challenge was to define the perfect location that is protected from the wadies and allows futur expansion. Multiple studies and topography sections allowed us to optimize the location choice according to our targets.

World Island Eco Resort Dubai, UAE

Location: Dubai

Area: 82,300 m²

Type: Resort

The New Zealand Island is situated at an approximate distance of 6500m from Dubai Canal Marina. The components of the resort are Dior Pavillion, Arrival Building, a beach club, villas, a spa and wellnes center and a beach club. The access to the island is from the north west side as recommended by the marine engineers. the circulation around the island and between the buildings is via buggy. The design of the components reflcts resort style and luxury.

The Arrival pavilion consists on boxes interloeched with a central transition space where visitors access the pool deck area to have the open view on the sea and the dubai skyline.

Waldorf Astoria & Hilton

China BioMedical Group laboratory project is a collaboration between our design office and Exyte medical equipement design consultant. we worked around the structure and the lab planning suggested by exyte to design the three parts building composed of a gene lab, an office building and viral research labs. The image of the project reflects microsopic slides. all parts of the projects are connected and stacked in respect of the precise circuit the workers of the lab should go through.

Waldorf Astoria Arrival Pavilion

The Arrivial Building was designed as a pavilion to reflect fluidity of transition between Spaces and to provide luxury. The Pavilion is located in the highest point of the site overlooking the villas, the hotel and the conference center. The central cube is a transition box surounded by service area, FOH anda restaurant. It leads to the outdoor terraced deck with an infinity pool.

Jubail Island is a unique coastal area located between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Villas are seamlessly integrated within the island Master Plan and demonstrate compelling place-making and nature oriented lifestyle for single family end-users. The design is both environmentally and economically viable and in full harmony with the site and the local context.

Design, Office Building North Bund China

The north Bund project is a huge master planning project initiated by the goverment of Shanghai to create a new financial center on the west rive of the river facing the famous Lujiazui Area. The toal site area covers 151,659 m² . It consist on 10 parcels to plan and one landscaped area were a hanged bridge connects the towers and creates a central park. . The North Bund plan uses advanced international concepts to form an overall pattern of ‘one center, two wings, integration of new and old’, a world meeting room that gathers the core development elements of a modern international metropolis, and a typical demonstration area for refined management of global megacities.

The different plot are connected with a bridge that over runs the whole site and leads to a central park. It offers a wide range of activities to the visitors and the tower population.

The sky gardens generate oxygen for its users and keep us away from the culture context that architecture = concrete

Multi-dimensional open space shared by everyone: architectural sky garden, central park, «Shanghai Eye» and «Shanghai Green Bridge» flying over the Huangpu River

Each tower of the project has a inspiration from the chinese culture. Mountain tower is articulated by a unique massing of a multi-layered cliff form. Cliffs flow down to the water front in an intent to the harmony and impression of Huangpu river. the tower shape reflect the history of the area and projects it with modern technologies. The two towers are 200m and 250m high.

The image of the project reflects microsopic slides. all parts of the projects are connected and stacked in respect of the precise circuit the workers of the lab should go through.

The challenge was to respect the site boundaries, the national code and the requirement of the client and the consultant to create a project that stands out and provides a pleasant working space for the employees who spend their whole day inside the lab.

Kunming Residential Kunming, China

Location : Yunnan Province

Area : 161,657 m²

Type : Residential

The residential project is located in Kunming, in south of China, on a sloped terrrain of 161,657 sqm of area. The big complex includes a salesand community center and shopping center. Our goal was to create a luxurious units with flexible design that can fulfill the local customers needs. The challange was to reach the required FAR of 1. Therefore, a combination of residential apartments and single family units.

Along With residential towers, we designed large townhomes that allow the families to have their private individual spaces in a city with high residential density. The north Facade offers more open view to he outside . The roof gives access to a garden terrace.

The interlocking masses on the facade are created by thick walls and glass panel. The material choice defines the facade design and adds the luxurious feel.

GrandMall India

Location : Shanghai

Area : 80,000 m

Type : Biomedical

The project is a poly-functional structure located in a Assam a developing town from the north east region of India. Such a big project will have a big impact on the development of the community. The project has 3 main unities: commercial center (mall), hotel and office space. The masses are interlocking boxes that lodge different functions and also create a dynamic facade from the outside. The empty space generated between the masses is used as a central space and for social activities.

Key concepts

The project was designed respecting the Vastusatra rules especially while placing the masses and orienting them. Other than a functional design, a special care was brought to the internal circulation in the shopping mall in order to provide a comfortable environment for the visitors.

The roof of the shopping center is a recreational and polyvalent area with cafes, an infinity pool and a play area for kids..

Type: Office fit-out

The client approached our office to redesign the interior space of this office and mixed use cimplex. The office lobby was inspired from the overall shape of the project, interlocking cubes. Another option was offered which translates a cloudy spirit with fluid formes. materials and finishings were picked in accordance with general design and they reflect the quality and classiness of the space. Furniture design was proposed to create a coherent atmosphere for the lobby and it was accompanied with all needed technical details for fabrication.

This is a villa renovation project . The owner wanted to renovate a 20 years old Villa in a contemorary style and add some transparency and open spaces to the outdoor.
