Physics: Units, Dimension, and SI units, Mechanics, Gravitation, Properties of Solid and fluid, Wave and Oscillation, Heat and Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics, Electrostatic, Electric Current, Ray Optics, Wave Optics, Magnetic Effect of Electric Current, Magnetism and EMI, Electromagnetic Waves, Modern Physics, Electronic, and Communication.

Mathematics: Trigonomatrices, Set Theory, Relation and Function, Complex Numbers and Quadratic equation, PnC and Binomial Theorem, Sequences and Series, Linear Inequalities and LPP, Matrices, Determinates, Lines, Conics,3-D Geometry, Vector Algebra, Limits and Continuity, Differentiation, Application Of Derivatives, Infinite Integral, Definite Integral and Area Under The Curve, Differential equation, Statistics, and Probability.

Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA): (A)-Reasoning (Non-Verbal & Verbal ): Numerical Series, Distance and Direction sense test, Mathematical operation, Number Ranking, and Time Sequence, Assign Artificial Values to Mathematical Digit, Inserting Correct Mathematical sign, Human relation, Odd man out, Coding, and Decoding, Mutual relation problems, Tallest and Youngest relation, Dictionary word, Analogy, Non-verbal reasoning, Number coding, Number Puzzle.

(B)-Mathematics: Number System, Time, Distance and Speed, Ratio and Proportion, Average, LCM & HCF, Profit & Loss, Percentage, Simplification of Number, Fraction, Area of Triangle, Square and Rectangle, Surface Area and Volume of Cube and Cuboids, Cylinder, Cone and Sphere, Probability, Simple Trigonometry.

(C) General Knowledge and Current Affairs: General Science, Civics, Indian Geography, Current Events, Indian History, Basic Computer Operation.

Phase-II : I-Detail Document Verification: All the Eligibility Documents carry During DV. II-Adaptability Test-1: It consists of an Objective type is written test which is to assess the suitability of candidates for employment in the IAF which involves deployment in varied geographic terrain, weather, and operational condition.

III-Adaptability Test-2: this test select candidates who can adapt to the environment of the Indian Air Force and are able to adjust to the military way of life.

Phase-III : Medical Examination: It is organized by Indian Air Force Medical Team as per IAF medical standards and policy in vogue on the subject issue. Medical Examination Consist of Various tests given below.
