Editor’s Comments This is another scanned electronic version of an original booklet that I purchased on a Bid Or Buy auction to add to the archive section of the SAR Connecta Railway Museum.

The Railway Service as a Career was originally put out by the South African Railways in 1948, and is a really fascinating look at the very diverse employment opportunities the administration had to offer shortly after the Second World War.
