免設排煙設備檢討： 內政部消防署 消署預字第 號 主旨：函詢「集合住宅部分空間檢討免設室內排煙設備疑義函釋是否適用全國縣市一案，復如說明，復請 查照。
說明：一、復 貴處 年 月 日博工字第 號函。
二、「查各類場所消防安全設備設置標準第 條第 項：下列處所得免設排煙設備： 。七、 集合住宅、學校教室、學校活動中心、體育館、室內溜冰場、室內游泳池。 。業明定集合住宅 免設排煙設備；所提供住戶使用或因管理所需之大廳、門廳、管理人員室、警衛室、管理委員會 活動空間、交誼廳等附屬空間，符合複合用途建築物判斷基準所列主用途及從屬用途關係之規定 仍得適用上開規定。」本署 年 月 日消署預字第 號函說明在案。
上開設置標準及判斷基準為現行法令規定，本即適用全國，上開函之說明，係現行規定之檢討， 具全國一致性，殆無疑義。
免設標示設備檢討： 依『各類場所消防安全設備設置標準』第 條第 款第 目規定：自居室任一點易於觀察識別 其主要出入口 且各居室之用途、樓地板面積 ㎡ 得免設標示設備。
依『各類場所消防安全設備設置標準』第 條第 款第 目規定：供集合住宅使用之居室得免設標示設備。

爰本案消防圖說經消防設備師 黃櫻蘭 確認，係依據建築主管機關核准圖繪製；
倘非屬實願負相關法律責任，並依法重新檢討應設之消防安全設備。
