The main vision of our group master-plan was to introduce eco-tourism by preserving the identity & exhibiting the cultural & historical accumulation of Swindon. Also , not only by attracting to global visitors but vision aims to attract more locals to live in Swindon by making it an ecologically sustainable place to live in. The main aim of the vision is to create a healthy and vibrant urban living space. Creating interesting ,safe and vibrant space ,attracting more locals to live in Swindon.

1.1 Density increased to 120d/ha More density contributes to more residences and a more walk-able urban environment. The design has been modified integrating more mixed use block and close grain flats to increase the number of dwellings.
1.2 Raised podium with elevated gardens Podium gardens above utilities and parking provide a more effective use of space, greater access to sunshine, and can provide for private courtyards behind homes. Plantation on ground floor below podium have half tree effect on the upper floor podium gardens.

Why? Many health issues are faced by urban society due to lack of physical activity, poor diet and lifestyle. Integrating active lifestyle in their day-today routine can enhance the health of the people.

2.1.1 Pedestrian friendly road-Shared street A shared street concept is introduced between the blocks integrating green corridor in the streets which can encourage people more to walk rather than using cars. Safe and appealing environments with play parks on shard street will be inclusive for everyone and encourage individuals to walk. 2.1.2 Encroach Micro-mobility: Cycling lanes are provided in the streets with safe cycle parking spaces on the roads and houses. All of the houses offer back access for bicycle storage. Flat dwellers are provide safe cycle parking areas at the back of the house.

Why? Community Spaces helps to socialize between the people which can reduce stress and can provide happiness to the people .Good maintain health boost the healthy urban living
3.1 Community Centre
RESIDENTIAL
A community centre is provided in front of the park. The ground floor of the building can be used for retails to economically sustain the centre. The upper floors consist of the event spaces ,workshop spaces for the community. The terrace space of the community centre will have terrace farming spaces where herbs and foods can be grown. People with different age group can be participate in community gardening programs with workshops which encourage healthy living as well as social interaction between the people.
