Frederick Allen Lodge to Host Scholarship Ball June 16 SARATOGA SPRINGS — Frederick Allen Lodge #609 will host its annual Scholarship Ball from 6 p.m. to midnight Friday, June 16 at the Saratoga-Wilton B.P.O.E.
