On Wednesday, October 20, the Empire State Development Corporation demanded the LFTC Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors' resignation, without prior indication, and aggressively moved forward in proceedings to foreclose on the tech campus for two main reasons: defaulted loans and a delinquent construction project.
