MEASURABLE RESULTS When a professional builder lives in a home he’s helped to construct, he has the added advantage of being able to track energy consumption on a continuous basis. “Right now the house is operating extremely efficiently – even a little better than expected,” said Matt. As a member of the state and nationallyrecognized National Association of Home Builders High Performance Team, Matt uses this data to train others in advanced construction techniques - teaching them how to integrate the science of strong building principles into the design, construction, and remodeling process. Matt is currently working with Curtis Lumber and the Saratoga Builders Association to schedule a speaking appearance locally.
ROMANTIC APPEAL Although harder to quantify (but equally as important for it to be considered successful) a home must also be aesthetically and emotionally pleasing to its occupants.
