E Alfie and Hamdi play war, but Hamdi’s daddy, who’s been in a real war, says war is a terrible, destructive thing. He finally tells a story about how he saw an ant patiently continuing to build while everything around it was being shattered. It is a story of hope that inspires them to fix their own football goal.
Liller Møller (born 1952) is a Danish film director, screenwriter and animator. She has worked with animation since 1970, primarily on films for a young audience. She had her directorial debut in 1986 with the information film SEX – A USER GUIDE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE. She has written, illustrated and directed a number of short films. Her film LAND OF CHRISTMAS is based on a book she illustrated herself.

Lars Hegdal is a Norwegian animator and illustrator with 15 years of experience from commercial work. COWBOY DREAM is his first independent short film.
