Construction Pack: I have been working closely with a BIM co-ordinater to create a stage 3 drawing pack giving direction and developing the drawings along side them.

I was working with a team of three on this project. Myself as senior designer, one junior designer and a technical designer. I was the front face to the client delivering the design concept and development. I worked closely with the junior designer to help develop the design using revit to create white panoramic views to help the client understand the spacial design. I also directed the construction pack where I would create initial mark ups and return comments back to the technician to get it to the level I wanted.

360 Panoramic Views
Paysafe was returning client, we developed a great relationship with them after COVID. They wanted to adapt their current space to work as a more collaborative office. They came straight to us again once they needed to move to a new building. For this project we delivered all the design development in 3D format to aid the client to visualise their new office space in London. We also created 360 Panoramic views to finalise the space plan, as this needed to be approved by a high number of people within the organisation this was a great way to get people to understand the space that find it hard to read 2D plans.

Responsibilities:
I was a designer on this project reporting to the senior designer. I developed the concept and design. I developed with the technician all of the joinery and ceiling details. I also directed the visuals with the visualising team.
Elan Capital are a hedge fund company, they came to M Moser after seeing another one of our projects and being impressed with the quality. They wanted to create a space that really showed their respect and appreciation of their staff. Focus was on the space and facilities provided for the staff. Including elements like increased shower and laundry facilities to encourage staff to bike to work, focus areas with optimal sound privacy, a professional teapoint area where it would be possible to host events and create a relaxed atmosphere away from the desk. It was also very important to have an area to bring in clients and give them optimum privacy.

Fabric wrapped acoustic panels enhance the space with texture and colour as well as act as a sound absorbent in the open plan area
Planters are placed on top of storage for privacy & well-being
The company logo will great staff and visitors at the entrance sitting on a dark background
In order to break up the open plan area, two different types of desking will be used. For the static users, the desk will be a fresh white with a plywood edge, whilst the touch down desk will feature timber tops
A mix of faux green walls and real planting will add to the wellness levels in an area with minimal natural light
The large tea point with the central island provides amble space for lunch breaks as well as impromptu meetings. The pull down projector transforms the area into a social seminar scenario
A small lounge area at the entrance makes use of an awkward space and extends the area of the teapoint to maximise the space

The new Aldgate cinema was to add to Curzon’s impressive collection of individually designed cinemas with a new 4 screen cinema, along with a restaurant and bar in an up and coming area of east london. I was the lead designer on the project taking it from concept to final build. This project was a great challenging experience at the beginning of my career where I gained an immense amount of knowledge on acoustics and cinema design.
