Satay Sauce a small bunch of fresh coriander 1 tbsp tamari almond butter juice of lime 1/2 cup olive oil
Place all the dressing ingredients into your food processor or blender and mix until all of it is liquidised. You can adjust the quanitity of olive oil to suit your desired consistency. You can also swap the almond butter for another nut butter of your choice, e.g. peanut butter. This dressing is equally great with a stirfry or raw vegetable noodle salad.
