Greener than green juice a handful of kale or spinach leaves or other dark green leafy vegetable ¼ cup parsley 2 sticks of celery ½ cucumber 1/2 green apple ½ lime with or without skin (unwaxed) 1 tsp spirulina (optional) 1” piece of fresh ginger (optional) Wash all the ingredients thoroughly then chop up into small pieces appropriate for your juicer. The recipe will make approximately one 200ml serving. Be sure to drink your juice within 20 minutes to get the maximum benefit of the nutrients and enzymes. This will help to detox the liver, kidneys and lungs while boosting the immune system with lots of nutrient rich greens.
