Green Breakfast Smoothie Equipment - Blender

3 cups of almond milk 1 tsp chia seeds or ground flax seed 1 tsp bee pollen a handful of kale or spinach leaves or other dark green leafy vegetable 1 stick of celery ½ cucumber 1 green apple 1 banana 1 date 1 cup of berries 1 tsp green powder e.g.spirulina, chlorella, barleygrass (you may want to start with 1/4 tsp until you become used to the strong taste of these powders and then add more than the 1 tsp)

Wash all the ingredients thoroughly then chop up into small pieces appropriate for your blender. Add more or less milk or water depending on your preferred consistency. The greens in the this recipe are great for your liver and packed with nutrients.
